When I hook this up to city the tank fills and then it starts running out onto the ground once it reaches the top. Does this have to do with water pressure or do I need a new hook up thingamajig?...

Sounds like it is working properly.When you fill your on board storage tank, the water displaces the air in the tank.The air has to go somewhere, thus the need for a "vent" on the tank.While filling,...

It is an aluminum tank and this is the pump that adds air pressure, sorry it's upside down, but just below the drawers under the sink.  I'll have to take more pictures, that was the only one I had of...

Hmmm. A pressure tank wouldn't have a vent. They work with air pressure so must be air and water tight. I would hook up city water and fill as normal. Look under the trailer to see if you can...
